Lexus of Hingham was great in negotiating the price of the car, providing additional Labor Day sales and providing a competitive trade in on my older Lexus 350. However it was very frustrating because the car, providing additional Labor Day sales and providing a competitive trade in on my older Lexus 350. However it was very frustrating because they forgot to Simonize my car (which I paid extra for). And this error was only detected because I called days after picking up my car to ask about it! I live 45 min away from this dealership so it’s very inconvenient to have to return to the dealership to get my car simonized when that should have been done on the day I picked up my car (and the new plates, registration etc was all done). More
