Awesome service! I purchased a Prius Prime in September of 2023. Shalina Williams was my first point of contact on the phone. Her service was critical to finding the car I wanted. She was awesome and let me know what to expect at the dealership. Her service was above and beyond, keeping me apprised the entire time. My wife and I worked directly with Vaughn Allen for the entire visit at the dealership. Vaughn was exceptional. Easy to talk to, covered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. I highly recommend asking for Vaughn. He patiently explained every part of the way. I can't say enough about how fun the entire experience was. He took all of the anxiety away from buying a new car. I liked the no pressure approach to the whole sales experience. Especially not having to dwell on the extended warranty/insurance sales effort which is such a common component of purchasing a car from experience. Wilsonville Toyota was great, especially my sales representative Vaughn Allen. Vaughn was honest, clear, and efficient. I liked that Wilsonville kept me working with just one person the entire time. representative Vaughn Allen. Vaughn was honest, clear, and efficient. I liked that Wilsonville kept me working with just one person the entire time. This dealer is also much fairer about pricing for Rav4 Primes than most others in Oregon that I spoke with. It's still a hard car to get, and they are first-come-first-serve for it, but also had a fair deposit return policy if you changed your mind (I didn't use this!). I've already recommended them to others. More
