I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle, and an absolutely AWFUL experience when it came time to follow-up about a warranty/repair issue with the car. I'd go so far as to say that it ranks as one absolutely AWFUL experience when it came time to follow-up about a warranty/repair issue with the car. I'd go so far as to say that it ranks as one of the worst all time customer service experiences I've ever had. A very unfortunate situation, and I have since found a new Ford dealership to call home! To make matters even worse, I've been spammed NON stop by AI chat bots in text and email messages, which I had to actively remove from my contacts list(s). An absolutely AWFUL experience. More
