As you might imagine, you run into all levels of customer service, from the dealer and the sales rep. Velko was definitely one of the best, and the rest of the team was also excellent. From the staff at the front desk when you walk in, they greet you with a smile and were very helpful. The sales process also was well done. They accommodated all of our requests and were very quick with the paperwork and finalizing the sale. Maybe 15 minutes after our initial online chat, Velko sent us a video of the vehicle we were interested in, pointing out one small flaw so we knew exactly what we were driving there to see. We bought one of their least expensive used cars but I want to thank the entire Infiniti of Gwinnett team for making us feel like we were buying one of their most expensive. More
