The service department team is the best. We are on our 9th BMW and know the brand well. Service advisor Savanna is kind, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Will never come back here. After being told they would only help me with my car if my father was not involved. Veneisha used to work with my dad in the past so maybe that’s why. Okay so I had my water pump replaced under warranty 3500 miles ago and came in for a coolant leak. They told me the water pump that was put In my car was bad and they would not replace this part until I had a leaking coolant hose fixed and they wanted 1600$ for a coolant hose because the tech wanted 3 times the book hours to replace it... So I took my car elsewhere and had the hose replaced (211$) then came back dropped off my car. Two days later my car was done with a new water pump installed and everything with my cooling system was fine according to them. I drive 3 miles off the service lot then come right back because coolant is leaking worse then before. They call me 2 days later to tell me it’s the same hose that it was before and they are not going to do anything else unless in want to pay 1600 for the hose that connects directly to the faulty water pump they just had on my car... the hose was fine they day before.. just really bad service not even offer a discount or even so much as a loaner car while my car was being repaired.. This is not the only time I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership. I was told they wanted more out of pocket for my original water pump to be replace under warranty and they tried to charge me 535$ to tell me I have a bad oil filter in the past... but nothing compared to what I’ve been through this time around. More

Poor customer service. I’m not sure what a service riders job is but I know what it’s not. After receiving a call that my car was ready I came and picked my car up after t I’m not sure what a service riders job is but I know what it’s not. After receiving a call that my car was ready I came and picked my car up after three hours and it was dirtier than when I brought it in. I didn’t bring it in for car wash just the $250 oil change. As I was going on a trip I asked him to do a thorough inspection and let me know if there was anything that needed to be done. As it picked my car up there was no mention of anything wrong in fact the service writer was on the phone and just handed the paperwork to the cashier. When I got to Las Vegas I read over the report and found on the back page that it stated the engine mounts haves “COLLAPSED”. Now it was Sunday and that freaked me out. Imagine you having to go through a day not knowing if your car was safe. Are you really that busy? Maybe this post will help. Rich Pomada More
