Venessa was rude and disrespectful. She told me “ oh you’re one of those” as I asked for my car and she asked who my service advisor was and I didn’t know since my husband dropped it o She told me “ oh you’re one of those” as I asked for my car and she asked who my service advisor was and I didn’t know since my husband dropped it off.
