This might be the worst sale experience I ever received from any dealership of this calibre. I stopped into the dealership on 11/21 and spoke with Veronica Chicas about leasseing a new X3. Veronica stated she was a little busy but took down all my info and stated she would get back to me on Monday before noon. I received a text stating she was still busy and she would get back to me that afternoon what she never did. I called and text her a few times over the next few days were she never responded. Today on 11/28 I stopped into the dealership to see if she was alive lol.. And asked her what seemed to be the problem with the leasse quote and she stated she was to busy as she rolled her eyes at me. When I asked to speak with the manager Randy he really did seem that he cared about my complaint as he proceed to state customers in the dealership matter 1st. I informed him I was in the dealership on 11/21 looking to purchase a car. In my honest opinion this is one of the few times I can truly say I think my skin colour did matter. As it seemed they only valued white customers. He didn't even really apologise for what happened or even ask me how can we make it right. It seemed I was just a next Minoritie making a stink over something and wasting his time. More

Beyond a Nightmare Ramsey BMW is an embarrassment to Bergen County. Once you sign for a new car, follow up, and assistance are non existent. I had negotiated and finalized my deal over the internet. I sat for over 30 minutes after my appointment time, waiting for my first face to face sales meeting. After that day, I heard nothing until the second to last day of the month when I get a frantic email that I have to come in that day to get my car. I set up an appointment. I was at the dealership 3.5 HOURS completing the process before I drove away with my car. The amount the salesperson told me to bring as a certified check was incorrect. They charged my credit card an incorrect amount. 20 days after I left the dealership and hearing nothing, I began to worry about my license plates. The incompetence at Ramsey BMW is beyond belief. The sales rep did not return my calls or emails. The Sales Manager did not return my email. The General Manager did not return my email. Calls to the receptionist went unresovled. My assistant was finally able to get through to a Finance Manager on the last day my temporary plate was valid. They did not have my plates. I was told the next day they were ready. I drove on my expired temporary plate only to get to the dealer to find that no one knew where my new plates were, including the finance manager who told us they were in. After an hour, they appeared and another 20 minutes to put the plates on. Never BMW again. More
