Where her service truly stood out was after the sale when she stepped in as a liaison between me and the financing department. Unfortunately, my interaction with the financing team was far from professional, and I was extremely dissatisfied with how a particular situation was handled. Despite this, Veronica was diligent in obtaining the basic information I needed, keeping me informed, and ensuring I felt at ease during a frustrating process.
