He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, low-key, very helpful, enthusiastic w/o the bull, sincere, honorable & more, and has all the qualities of an excellent sales person from a buyer's perspective. I came into Morong to buy another Tiguan, but ended up purchasing a 2021 Audi Q3. Vicci made sure I was educated on all the details of both vehicles so I could make the best decision for me. He truly went above and beyond! Vicci volunteered to come in on his day off in order to be able to spend enough time to give me a thorough tutorial on the Audi's bells and whistles. And, he made it clear that if I need more help after the Sale, he will be there for me too. A fabulous buyer's experience in every way! I highly recommend Vicci & Morong. I was at Morong earlier today to look at the new all electric Volkswagen, I can’t say enough about this car, I had seen it online but that doesn’t do it justice. I was equally impressed with the knowledge of the salesman we dealt with, Vicci. He seemed to know everything about this car, all of the modern features offered, (our favorite so far was the touch less computer screen that you wave your hand in front of to move from screen to screen). He explained how the battery charged and the offers associate with the environmental aspects of the car. The dealership itself seemed to have an endless lot of beautiful new as well as used luxury cars. It was very low key and inviting and Vicci was amazing, I will send my daughter there now for her next car. More
