I was surprised a loaner vehicle was not available for the length of the work required. I was happy however that the driver was able to bring us home and pick us up after the work was complete. Upon picking up the car I took my car through a car wash and that is when I noticed a plug on the dash that was not reinstalled after the window glass was switched out . We are still waiting on this issue to be resolved. I am concerned that the plug has not been reinstalled and I have had the car washed since picking it up.
