It was easy to get an appointment I was not kept waiting past my scheduled time. Everyone was very friendly. Was told how long service would take. Waiting area was pleasant. Gave it a 1 start because I can’t give it a 0. Worst service I have ever experienced! Never have I gotten out close to their estimated time and having to return on multiple occasions because their Worst service I have ever experienced! Never have I gotten out close to their estimated time and having to return on multiple occasions because their work failed, once for breaks, then for tire repair. The repaired tire failed and they blamed me for having fix-a-flat in it, after I disagreed they took me to confirm and there was no fix-a-flat in the tire. Continuously waiting my time and will never go back. Even when you drop your vehicle off they struggle to have it done, same experience for those I talked to in waiting room. Avoid if you don’t plan to waste your time. More
