My daughter and I have purchased 5 or 6 Honda vehicles at this location. I had contacted Jillian to get the tires scheduled to put on, and she confirmed in an e-mail I needed two tires on the vehicle and not four. I the received a call from a gentleman verifying I was putting two tires on and not four, to which I confirmed two tires again. When I took the car in to have the tires put on, Vickie indicated it was not changed in the computer it was for two tires and not four. I verified three times it was for two tires and not four. When I checked out, it was indicated my tires were a 5 and 3. This is the same information I had on my paper from the previous service.
