First of all, they told me they were having a sale. And then when I told them that I wanted the pricing with the sale, they just refused to show me everything that was included in the total amount. When they finally met me at the pricing that I wanted, which I know that they could have done better but they finally met me at the price I wanted. When I went in, I told him that I did not want to wait due to not having a sitter. They told me the process will be super fast even though I’ve informed them a couple times if they could just send me the information to be signed remotely, which I’ve done multiple times with other dealers for family members and for my husband‘s vehicle . The person who sold us the car was very nice and patient. But when we got to the Financial person, he was very kind to, but then started telling me a different price even though it was only a couple dollars different the Financial person started making up all these different excuses on how I should not even be complaining about the extra couple dollars and that I can never run away from taxes, I ended up telling him that it wasn’t the taxes that was concerning to me. It was more that I gave them all my information to give me accurate number before I came in. Overall, I would say that I will never go back and purchase from them again. The experience was horrible.
