We walked into the dealership looking to potentially buy a used MDX - Victor was incredibly knowledgeable putting myself, my wife and kids at ease. He explained the vehicle in incredible detail showing the pros and cons vs other cars we told him we were interested in. He walked through the multiple different MDX models from the 2022 to the 2025 and then all the different classes from the best all the way up to the A-Spec. He explained in detail all the differences and what he thinks is the most important. They came with a price and being firm but not pushy Victor was able to tell us the dealer's position and then worked with us to get the price to a position where we were comfortable. Throughout the process he was very kind, courteous, helpful and honest. On his desk he has a saying "treat customers like family" and he absolutely did that with us. More
