Waiting for so long After we agreed to the sales price, I told the salesman that I would pay cash. It then took nearly three hours before they would actually take my mon After we agreed to the sales price, I told the salesman that I would pay cash. It then took nearly three hours before they would actually take my money! It was horrible! My wife, two kids, and I couldn't understand why it would take so long. And the only thing in the waiting area is a TV that is drowned out by the music that is being played in the whole dealership. On top of this, they didn't tighten the lug nuts on the front driver's side wheel, so that sound made me nervous all the way home. At least it wasn't something worse. I don't blame the salesman Victor for the bad experience. It was the overall process at the end. Business rule #1, when someone wants to give you cash for merchandise or service, you take it! And you make it easy for them to give it to you! That did not happen here. More

Great car buying experience Worked with Victor G. after visiting the dealership 3 weeks prior. He didn't pressure me and just gave me a card , said come back when you're ready. He left a good impression on me so I had to wait for him to free up on the day I picked to come in and buy. This is my first Corvette so I had no clue what its like to even to drive one, let alone be a passenger in one. He didn't hesitate to get the car I wanted freed from a tight parking spot behind a lightpole on the lot and test drove with me to let me feel the car out. Very friendly and helpful guy! Stayed extra late to finish putting on the front tags and all. Competitive pricing at this dealership so definitely check them out if you want to buy local. I was really close to getting a Grand Sport from the top 3 volume sellers , but decided I didnt want to ship or drive the new car far from home. Warranty was good and they beat my credit union rate, if you can even believe that... Great experience , thanks Bomnin. More
