Learn more If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst car buying experience. To the point that we walked and went to Country Chevrolet in Warrenton. We had a 2018 Nissan we were reading in with 12,900 miles worth $24k trade-in value. This dealership offered us $16,000. When we said we couldn’t take that offer due to to the fact that it’s worth $6k more the salesman Victor G argued with us, asking where we got that number from. He pulled up edmunds to show us that we were wrong. When he plugs in the mileage to be a smart xxx, he enters the cars mileage as 129,000. Adding 100,000 miles to the car which did in fact make the car worth $16k. When my husband pointed out that he input the mileage wrong, he got nervous and said that’s all they were giving us. We only asked for $3k more, which was still below the cars value. He “asked his manager” who refused. Victor had an attitude and didn’t care about selling the car at all. His whole demeanor towards us was awful. Probably because we’re young and they thought they could take advantage of us. We immediately walked. Country Chevy took great care of us, gave us the actual teas-in value of $24k and we got a higher trim for a better price. So instead of Bomnin cutting the deal for $50k, Country Chevy got our business for $60k. I’ve never seen a dealership not want my money. But I will never go to Bomnin again. More
