Terrible experience My overall experience with this sales person was beyond terrible! First of all, I did all of my work before stepping foot at the dealership, so I alre My overall experience with this sales person was beyond terrible! First of all, I did all of my work before stepping foot at the dealership, so I already knew which car I wanted. The salesman spoke to me like I didn't know I was talking about and was extremely unprofessional. While getting ready to test drive the car, the salesman left to go help someone else which took over 30 minutes before he returned, while he said he would only be a couple of minutes. He made it seem like I was trying to steal the car when asked if I could just take the car for a test drive. He said it was mandatory that he go in the car for the test drive, come to find out, as long as insurance paperwork was filled out, I could have taken it on my own. While on the actual test drive, there was almost no gas in the car, essentially I was able to take the car up the street and had to turn right around. While looking over the vehicle, I found a scratch on the vehicle that I wanted repaired. I was assured, that if this that was the car I wanted it would be repaired that day before the car was delivered, which was never fixed. We talked about the price of the vehicle and he kept laughing in my face about the price and said his boss wouldn't adjust the price. The price was eventually adjusted, but the salesman didn't want to ask his supervisor. At one point he told me that my offer wasn't realistic and he couldn't go to the sales manager with that. The overall process took a lot longer than it should have because the salesman kept leaving. I was there for over four and half hours. Finally, after all the paperwork was completed, I waited for the delivery of the car expecting the scratch to be repaired. Upon inspection of the car, I noticed the scratch and told the salesman, his response was that the service department closed and it would have to be completed a different day. He assured me that he would call me to set it up. It took an additional half hour for the salesman to find a screwdriver to put my plates on the car. He assured me he would call me by the end of the week to setup a service appointment which never happened. I asked for something in writing that stated the dealership would fix the scratch, and even that took over 30 minutes to get. The only thing he was concerned with was asking for a good review, which he asked me about at least ten different times. The end of the week came and went without a phone call. I also had problem with the infotainment system in the car, so I called the dealership to try to figure out the problem. The salesmen was put on the phone, I tried to explain the problem and he told me he was busy and he would need to call back, which he never did. I had to bring my car in the following week to have the vehicle serviced. The salesman tried to tell me he called me, and that he must have had the wrong number. The funny thing is, I got all of the text messages requesting a review, but no phone call. Some of the other employees, were helpful after the fact. More

Real prices and honest salesmen I called to ask about the pricing online and didn't believe that they were real. I dealt with Farooq who was very helpful and explained everything over the phone before I drove out. I drove from West Virginia and didn't want any surprises when I got there. I drove Saturday morning for a new Colorado and was very pleased with Farooq and Ryan the finance manager. Victor also helped show me some features in my new Colorado. Overall I give them 5 Stars! More
