Victor is unlike many salesmen I have personally encountered who would lure you to come in for a test drive instead of answering your initial question with a simple “yes” or “no”. As a consumer, this turns me off right away. Victor was also very detailed, patient and polite in answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend this Lexus dealership to all my friends.
