Victor Jimenez was wonderful. He turned an unhappy event into a very positive experience. Victor should be commended on his people skills and his ability to make you feel at ease in a very stressful situation. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Victor because of his skills but more so because of his caring nature. Awesome experience. When we went it to pick up the car we arrived early. We sat and waited inside and everyone that walked by was very pleasant and friendly. Nice group of people at COmmonwealth Honda.
