This was my first time having a car serviced needless to say it was a good experience and I will be going back next time I need to have something done to my car. I was lied to about my warranty by sales manager Dakota about a year ago, I was also promised a phone call back by the store manager regarding my warranty after I came in personally to discuss the issue an about a year ago, I was also promised a phone call back by the store manager regarding my warranty after I came in personally to discuss the issue and learned Dakota was no longer with them and was promised a call back. Victor kept stating that nothing was coming up but a transmission issue, and that was a lie, per my own app that showed its own codes when it arrived at the Zeigler Subaru dealership, I was told I just needed a new battery and the minute I started it up the blind spot detection/rtac code showed up and they couldn't problem solve it so my car's been sitting between Zeigler Toyota, then towed to Zeigler Subaru since two fridays ago. It's still not fixed, and one place is telling me one thing is wrong and the other is telling me something else is wrong. More

I brought my Toyota Corolla in because the check engine light was on along with other indicators and it didn't feel safe to drive. They listened to me, and quickly discovered what was wrong. Victor explain light was on along with other indicators and it didn't feel safe to drive. They listened to me, and quickly discovered what was wrong. Victor explained in detail what needed to be fixed and updated me throughout the process. I appreciated that they took the car out for a test drive after fixing it. I am not having any more issues with my car so far. Very happy that this was all covered under the manufacturer warranty too. More
