I definitely don't like to go to auto dealerships, mostly because of the sneaky tactics they use, and as usual, I had a terrible experience with a Kia dealership in Shrewsbury, extremely deceptive on pricing because of the sneaky tactics they use, and as usual, I had a terrible experience with a Kia dealership in Shrewsbury, extremely deceptive on pricing of their vehicles (hidden Market Value add on price, as in $5000 to advertised price). I usually don't do reviews, but my experience with Wellesley Toyota was refreshing and stress free. They were up front about their pricing, gave me a fair price for my trade, and my salesman, Victor, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He tracked down my trade after going to two different sites to retrieve a pair of custom sun glasses that I left in the holder above the rear view mirror. I told him to not bother since my car had left the lot, but he insisted on trying. Excellent service!!! I love my 2022 Rav4 hybrid, everything I had hoped for. The finance manager, Matthew, was awesome as well, very personable and funny too!!! I never thought i'd say this, but I actually enjoyed dealing with them. Great dealership!!! More
