I returned our Toyota Corolla car and the process was very easy for us. Vic was professional and courteous. I like the staight-forward approach and he was able to provide me with all the details I needed without hesitations. The car was delivered clean and wasn't really planning on trading and within the hour, Vic reassured me we could make a deal. I love Maplewood Toyota and the convenience of the service until late at night. Always bring my car for the service around 10 pm and it is done within 30 min. Very happy with the lease and will continue doing business with Maplewood Toyota as long as they are around! More

He was the perfect mix of knowledge & friendliness while also being patient with us while as we talked through our decision privately (which took a very long time)! He let us drive as many cars as we wanted so we didn't feel pressured one way or the other. We ended up with a solid Toyota Rav4 at a good price. The coverages and payment processes were thoroughly explained so we never felt we were getting ripped off along the way. Every staff member we interacted with in the process was extremely friendly. The process was smooth- and fun, too! After we bought the car Vic took the time to sit in the passenger seat & explain every feature to make sure I felt safe & comfortable in our new ride. His knowledge was very helpful & put us at ease. He also gave us a tour of the service department for future reference & treated us to cookies & cappuccino. This dealership had outstanding service & we will definitely go back to Vic for our next car purchase. More
