I have been very disappointed with my interaction with this dealership. It started when I was out of town andI needed to have a flat tire fixed, and ended up getting a new tire due to steel bands showin this dealership. It started when I was out of town andI needed to have a flat tire fixed, and ended up getting a new tire due to steel bands showing and lack of tread on the inner front tire The next thing I was told (and shown-I have pictures of the different tires), was that the four tires on the car were not even the same, which could impact my AWD and safety. The tires were different years, tread, and size. When I went to the dealership to address this problem, I was told that the tire store’s job is to try and get customers to purchase more tires than needed. He stated when his wife, who also owns a Subaru, goes to get tires they do the same with her. Stated there is no problem having different size tires. After leaving the dealership. I reviewed the copy of the car inspection that I was given that day, and saw THE BOX CHECKED FOR “REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION” ON THE CATEGORY OF “TIRES MATCH.” I followed up with a letter of complaint to the General Manager, and to my knowledge have not received any reply. I went to this dealership because they have a good reputation, however my experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. More
