Misty was professional, courteous, and above all responsive. She listened to our needs and reviewed the pro and cons of several vehicles we had on our list. In the end we traded a Sequoia (purchased at JNT) for a 2020 Tundra (our second). Dalton, in finance, was equally courteous, professional. And explained each step in the process – very painless and quick. We became acquainted with Jim Norton, through the service department, when we needed to travel from Houston to Tulsa due to family illnesses (2 years). We continued to have our vehicles serviced at JNT, working recently with David Taylor, when we moved to Tulsa in 2016. My wife is a die-hard Avalon lover and we will come to JNT when it is time to upgrade. Needless to say we have had excellent service from all levels and would not hesitate to recommend JNT. More
