I had a great experience trading in my 2013 Camry for a newer model. Victoria was very attentive and responsive. The reason I gave a 3 star is because the tire pressure light was on during test drive and I newer model. Victoria was very attentive and responsive. The reason I gave a 3 star is because the tire pressure light was on during test drive and I reported that to Victoria. She assured me it has been through an VERY thorough inspection and the light just wasn’t reset (this was not true, the tire pressure light turns off when the tire pressure is correct). This felt dishonest to me. I had to take my new car in to have the tires checked and there was a slow leak - should have been caught during the supposed inspection. I find it frustrating that I had to do that, when it was brought up before hand and was brushed off by Victoria. It does make me slightly nervous that the “inspection” wasn’t done fully and will be asking for paperwork proving the inspection was done. Also, they didn’t have the previous owner unpair the car from their Toyota app, so I had to fight with customer service for a week to get them to unassign the VIN from the previous owners account. I feel like steps are missed and “no-bull” isn’t true - it’s still a car dealership. More
