I am happy that I got in contact with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and ended up buying my new car there. I like that this company promotes the culture of transparency and respect to the customers. Business Manager Matthey performed thorough analysis of all the financial details of my transaction including my options for financing, obtaining warranty etc. At the moment of my purchase the car was on the way to the dealership, so I could not pick it up immediately. However sales rep Joey went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive it as soon as possible. He was monitoring the delivery of the car for several days and as soon as it was available he brought it to my house though it was a holiday! I am very happy with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. More

The final stage of online negotiations was conducted by Dennis Quinn, whose frankness and integrity we learned to admire. When we arrived, we were handed over to Joy Donmoyer, with whom we also negotiated the trade-in price of our older vehicle, Joy was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was helpful without being pushy. And she was concerned that we should leave satisfied that we had purchased a superior product at a fair price. They entire staff was cheerful and helpful. I would definitely recommend the online process as a way of preparing for a visit to the dealer. More

I have bought my current truck from Fred Anderson in Columbia and each Fred Anderson location competes against each other. Consequently it happens that one location is trying to sell the same vehicle a Columbia and each Fred Anderson location competes against each other. Consequently it happens that one location is trying to sell the same vehicle at a price lower than another. Even though the truck is physically located at the dealer with the higher price. I made an offer and an “estimate” of my trade was made. We were $1100 apart and unfortunately weren’t able to make a deal. Fred Anderson did a fantastic job but sometimes things don’t work out. That’s business. I would recommend them as a good source for buying a Toyota. More

She was extremely patient with me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I didn’t feel pressured and truly feel like she was not only working with me, but for me. They didn’t have what I wanted on their lot, but the team reached out to other dealerships to find exactly what I was looking for and they brought it in.
