I like that this company promotes the culture of transparency and respect to the customers. Business Manager Matthey performed thorough analysis of all the financial details of my transaction including my options for financing, obtaining warranty etc. At the moment of my purchase the car was on the way to the dealership, so I could not pick it up immediately. However sales rep Joey went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive it as soon as possible. He was monitoring the delivery of the car for several days and as soon as it was available he brought it to my house though it was a holiday! I am very happy with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. More
