This was our first time purchasing a vehicle out of state. We had talked with several other dealerships, both local and out of state. They all tried to pressure us into a deal that didn't quite meet our expectations, until we found Fred Anderson Toyota. Not once did we feel pressured in any way. I initially sent an email inquiring about a 2019 Rav4 AWD XLE Premium. I was promptly contacted by Victoria. I explained our preapproval that we already had from our own financial institution. I told her exactly which features that we were looking for in our vehicle. She very promptly connected me with Jeff Miller. They, together were able to get us into the exact vehicle that we wanted at exactly the right price. Everyone from the sales department to the finance team was extremely professional, courteous, and informative throughout the entire process. They helped us along the entire way with any questions or concerns that arose. This deal was 100% painless and problem free. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! I just want to say it was such a blessing to work with the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota. From the friendly greeting I got from Victoria, too the gentle yet reassuring smile I got from Travis. I'm thankful to have had Travis as my sales rep. With knowing how most car salesmen are after the money and not really after gaining a persons best personal interest, Travis gave me the exact opposite experience. Walking into the dealership, I was on edge and was prepared for the worst, but when we actually got out into the car lot he did not bombard me with a lot of the questions car salesmen usually ask. He asked me what I was looking for and what my target range was. I told him and gave him a little information of my situation and he was very understanding. Here is what won me over though. Most car salesmen when your numbers don't match what they want for the car or anywhere close, they try to sell you something you had no intention on getting. Instead, he worked hard to stick with the car of my choice and to get to the target range I was looking for. Not only did you exceed my expectations, he went above and beyond to get me in the new ride I wanted. I am very thankful to have met him the day I did with the amount of patience he had with me in making such a pivotal decision. Thanks again for all of your help. I like many others, have been through the process, credit doesnt look the best, payment is sky high, everyone is smiling at you ready to see if you'll sign and you just feel backed into a corner ready to be done with it all . Eddie and Melissa were the EXACT OPPOSITE, they both took their deligent time with me listening to my wants and needs and they made it happen. Melissa gave me tons of options, she didnt give up even through all my no's, she just kept thinking outside of the box with different ways to make it happen. Eddie, explained everything in detail, and gave me real life examples when i was just totally confused. I was in an out in a few hours, with a deal that MADE SINCE and i was actually satisfied with!! Nothing but pure patience, reassurance, and trust came from me setting up an appointment with Victoria their online rep, whom was also very very sweet. I truly recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle and wants to be treated like an actual individual to visit Fred Anderson and ASK FOR EDDIE COOKS, he will not dissapoint !! More
