When we arrived, we were handed over to Joy Donmoyer, with whom we also negotiated the trade-in price of our older vehicle, Joy was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was helpful without being pushy. And she was concerned that we should leave satisfied that we had purchased a superior product at a fair price. They entire staff was cheerful and helpful. I have bought my current truck from Fred Anderson in Columbia and each Fred Anderson location competes against each other. Consequently it happens that one location is trying to sell the same vehicle a Columbia and each Fred Anderson location competes against each other. Consequently it happens that one location is trying to sell the same vehicle at a price lower than another. Even though the truck is physically located at the dealer with the higher price. I made an offer and an “estimate” of my trade was made. We were $1100 apart and unfortunately weren’t able to make a deal. Fred Anderson did a fantastic job but sometimes things don’t work out. That’s business. I would recommend them as a good source for buying a Toyota. More

We also enjoyed our interaction with Melissa in Business. She was efficient and had such an easy manner and beautiful smile. We have one suggestion which would, we believe, be helpful to the customer...that each employee wear a name tag, in large letters.for ease of reading. We will definitely recommend Brent and the dealership to anyone we meet who is contemplating purchasing a car. More
