I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Nissan of Naples. I fell in love with a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL—fully loaded, low miles, and in excellent condition. My grandmother, who has an 800 credit score, agreed and I provided all her info. They claimed her credit was frozen, even after I confirmed it was unfrozen and gave proof. They stalled for days, kept me hanging, then finally told me I was approved and to come in and sign paperwork. When I got there, they clapped, congratulated me, and showed me the car again—but then suddenly said my co-signer had to sign in person (even though they previously said e-signing was fine). Then they tried to talk me into a 2025 model with fewer features, saying the interest rate on the 2018 was too high and they were “just looking out for me.” They even told me I could pick any car on the lot, even a brand new one, and they’d match the monthly payment and total price from the 2018—then said, “We just have to play with the numbers.” That made everything feel like a scam. After all that, they came back and said I wasn’t approved—despite days of saying I was. I wasted three full days and left without a car. Unprofessional, misleading, and incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership. Don't trust them! More

I had the best experience a couple of weeks ago with my salesman JALIL. He was the most pleasant,knowledgeable, and nicest salesman I have ever felt with while buying car. I purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Naples Nissan on Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples Florida. They advertised that the vehicle came with a lifetime from Total Warrant Service. I trusted Naples Nissan to keep m Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples Florida. They advertised that the vehicle came with a lifetime from Total Warrant Service. I trusted Naples Nissan to keep me informed of any issue. Overtime I had put my copy of the warranty with some other papers and put them in my storage. So when my CVT transmission went out on 10/12/2023 I took it back to Naples Nissan to get it repaired. I was told the transmission was not covered, so I had to pay for it out of pocket $5711.66. When I was able to get into my storage and read through the warranty I saw the transmission was covered so I called Naples Nissan, they said for me to get the paperwork sent to them. Then I had to fight with them to turn it over to Total Warranty Service. I was told from Naples Nissan that Total Warranty Service would not pay, but I believe they should go by the Warranty. Total Warranty Service has denied my claim for reimbursement for my transmission that had to be replaced in my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Even though I have met all the requirements laid out in the Warranty. I am doing a follow up review on my purchase of the 2014 Buick Verano. This morning I got phone call from Del the General Sales Manager, and he told me that he just heard about my deal and that there was a Buick Verano. This morning I got phone call from Del the General Sales Manager, and he told me that he just heard about my deal and that there was a miscommunication, he apologized, and told me to come so he could make things right. He did just that! I dealt with him directly when I arrived. He was totally transparent about my deal, made me feel comforfortable, and the finance manager (Cindy I believe her name was) was absolutely fantastic with preparing my new paperwork quickly so I could get to work. I'm sorry if I didn't get your first name correct. They were both great, and I highly recommend anyone that has not so great credit or working on rebuilding there credit to allow Naples Nissan to help them with there next vehicle purchase!!! I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership. The online ad shows $6000.00 over Kelly blue book. The trade in blue book of my truck is $29000.00, which means by their ad, I should have been offer The online ad shows $6000.00 over Kelly blue book. The online ad for the car that I was looking at was 28350.00. They told me the price of that car was $32850.00. Their ads are false and the their sales reps. Are pushy, rude and treat peoples like they are stupid!! The sales manager treated me with not respect at all!! I have purchase 25+ new cars in my life and have never been treated as bad as I was at this dealership!!! I will be posting this review on every social media platform that I can !! More

I called the dealership and spoke with someone over the phone just to buy out my lease as is, they told me it wouldn’t take more than 45 minutes. Feeling frustrated and ignored, I called my boyfriend for help. Even with his presence, we spent 3 hours just waiting. Throughout this ordeal, it became clear that my voice wasn't being heard. If you're planning to visit this dealership, it might be wise to bring someone along, as in my experience, they seemed more responsive to my boyfriend than to me. More
