Gene is the only person you should deal with at this dealership. They sold me a used car that I now know has broken brake lines and a check engine light. When I got there they specifically said no check engine and new brakes... well it had new front brakes (pads, rotors, lines and a check engine light. When I got there they specifically said no check engine and new brakes... well it had new front brakes (pads, rotors, and Calipers) but later when I had to add brake fluid hours after I bought it I found a break line leak. Definitely not trust worthy and if their service department looked it over how come the didn't spot all the brake fluid on the undercarriage of the vehicle. Needless to say I will never recommend or purchase another vehicle from them again. More

I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Arlington Acura in Palatine. I have been taking my cars there for 13 years now. Even though I only drive used cars with lots of miles, they always treat me like I am their #1 VIP Customer. I can always easily get an appt., they’re always super helpful, they always wash my car without me asking. They have a nice waiting room. And, they only do what work needs to be done on my car. I never feel scammed. All of the Service guys are great, but I think I am assigned to Jeremy, and he is always helpful . He likes chocolate chip cookies, so sometimes I drop some off as a little thank you. if my car needs a longer service, they always have a loaner car ready for me, at no charge. A+ service for sure! More
