Since I contacted the dealership asking for this Path I had a very pleasant experience getting my Nissan Pathfinder 2012 from Sullivan's dealership. Since I contacted the dealership asking for this Pathfinder Mr Kjergaard was very friendly. When getting everything done was the most nice experience ever, normally you're prepare to stay all day along walking from one side to the other, I did every paper work in a few hours, Mr. Vin Kjersgaard took a good care of us with an excellent customer service, our new truck was ready in two days after putting a brand new tires, brand new brakes, brand new discs in all 4 wheels, filling the all fluids and checking everything up. My car broke down and it was time to get myself a new safe vehicle. I went to Northwest Hills and had a great experience purchasing a new car. Vin is a great salesperson, who is very knowledge, helpfuland caring. I wasn't rushed at all. Vin made sure he took his time, helping me to find the perfect vehicle just for me! In fact I was there for many hours. Vin could tell I was hungry and gave me a protein bar to eat, he has a drawer full of healthy snacks! It was a long day but a great day. Vin helped me find the perfect vehicle for me! My new 2016 Jeep Patriot! Now I can drive safety to work this winter without worries of driving in the snow! Also Vin helped me find a delicious new protein bar, Fit Joy cookies and cream! Vin even gave me a rental car to use for the weekend, so I wouldn't be without a car since dmv was closed for the holiday weekend! 2019 Silverado Over a year ago I was put in touch with Vin by a great friend of mine, Eric Giordano, son in law of Joe Giacin (customer of NWH). I was told Vin was a Over a year ago I was put in touch with Vin by a great friend of mine, Eric Giordano, son in law of Joe Giacin (customer of NWH). I was told Vin was a straight shooter, would not steer me wrong and if the deal was not favorable, he would let you know. I made an appointment with Vin, brought in my 17 Colorado and to make a long story short, Vin told me there was too much time left on my lease, it would cost too much money to get out of it but to call him when I was closer to my end of lease date. For over the year gap, Vin continued to stay in contact with me. Fast forward to 7/24/19, I made an appointment with Vin and showed up to the dealership approximately 15-20 minutes early. Within that timeframe, while looking at the outside inventory, I had 3 employees come up to me and ask if I needed help. This alone speaks volume of the customer service at NWH. Vin arrived and must of had a premonition to which vehicle I was going to eventually shake his hand to. “Do you like blue? Come check this out!” I couldn’t be happier with the overall service that Vin was able to provide me throughout the process. In addition to my immediate connection with Vin, negotiations with Brian Kirk could not have gone any smoother (must have been a Marine thing, he will understand Semper Fi) ! Darren Schwartz made the paperwork a quick and easy process while discussing some of our favorite “old school” reality shows. I will recommend NWH to anyone and everyone ! We were in contact consistently during the weeks up to our appointment, he was very diligent about hearing out my concerns and having as much paperwork done in advance as possible. Ended up waiting awhile extra for my insurance to cooperate, but Vin has plenty of stories to tell to kill time. Brian was also helpful by walking me through the final paperwork and answering any questions I had. Car is perfect and everything was ready to go; these guys will definitely take care of you. Always a pleasure. More
