Disappointing I really appreciated the staff for getting me in for an oil change even though I had scheduled the appointment for the wrong date. They greeted me che I really appreciated the staff for getting me in for an oil change even though I had scheduled the appointment for the wrong date. They greeted me cheerfully and got me checked in quickly. I do wish they would have let me know that the wait would be almost 2 hours for an oil change. Additionally, my hood rod was wired in place (done by a previous Chevy dealer due to the clip being broken and redone by this shop when I brought my car in for service in July). The staff that completed the oil change did not rewire the rod and left it loose without mentioning it to me. Now my car is making a horrible rattling nose when accelerating and I must purchase wire and do it myself. Frustrating when this could have been done quickly and easily in this shop. Unrelated to this service but I had called and left a message for a windshield replacement quote and no one called back. The person assisting with my oil change was able to quickly and cheerfully provide a quote - however it is nearly twice the amount I have been quoted by other shops. I liked the idea of having a Chevy dealership so close to my house because getting parts and maintenance items for a Spark has proven to be a challenge in the past but unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back. I also have a Dodge Ram 2500 that I prefer to take to the Dodge dealership for similar reasons and have had better experiences with the local Dodge dealership and their pricing seems more reasonable (an oil change for the truck is $55 there, about the same as an oil change for my Chevy Spark was here). More

My truck was locked in 4 wheel drive low. The service department reprogrammed the computer and unlocked the transfer case. They checked with Chevrolet and was told that I should leave the truc The service department reprogrammed the computer and unlocked the transfer case. They checked with Chevrolet and was told that I should leave the truck in 2 wheel drive instead of auto unless it is raining or snowing. Why didn't Stasek know that? Why didn't Chevrolet tell me that. $400 for the reprogramming. Dealer had to give me a loaner. Wasted $? More
