GO ELSEWHERE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND CREDIT! I'm offering one star only because it requires one to write a review, but if it were up to me, I wouldn't have included a star at all. We planned to purchase a family vehicle before we made the move. I moved in advance of my family to begin work, so we chose a vehicle, confirmed it was still in stock, and we scheduled a test drive. I flew in from Arkansas, DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, to Orlando. We test drove the vehicle and liked it. They ran my credit. We agreed to the terms. I filled out all the required paperwork and offered my pre-approval of financing and proof of insurance. Because I had to return to work, I took a flight back to Arkansas that same day, and was told that everything would be sent to me the next day via FedEx. Well, I never received it. I didn't receive a callback either, so I reached out to my salesman, but received no response. I called again the following day and my salesman, Pedro, said that he was off for the day and couldn't help me, but advised I call the dealership. I called the dealership and learned that Jonathan in Finance, who I was working with originally, was no longer working on my deal, so they transferred me to another finance professional, whose name I can't recall but he texted me from a palm beach phone number ending in 3874. He said he would get everything over to me. He confirmed everything including my address. I heard nothing back after that. I called and texted, but received no response. I received a call the next day from Vincent Abbott who informed me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. I was livid. He offered to reimburse me for my flights, but I told him that we needed a vehicle and were getting closer and closer to our move date. They had already run my credit, so I asked to explore other vehicles in their inventory. He welcomed me to look at other vehicles and agreed to work with me, considering the circumstances. After that call, I sent Vincent a list of vehicles that I was considering. My family arranged test drives and we chose two, however, Vincent stopped communicating with me. At this point I am beyond frustrated. I get an email from him a couple of days later saying that he had a family health emergency. Given what's going on in the world, I empathized and reset. I asked Vincent to reach out when he could, but he never did. I called Hgreg.com and spoke with Francisco Oliva. I explained everything in detail. He said that he was the correct person to speak to because he handled online, out-of-state sales. He asked me to offer him a list of vehicles. I did. Considering this is already a really long review, I'll just put it this way, Francisco used our shared military background to gain my trust, and lost it after a week because, like his colleagues before him, he was unresponsive. My last text to him was 5/22. He said he would get back to me, but hasn't. I know Hgreg.com is still selling vehicles because the inventory is ever-changing. Given the chaos and frustration, and more importantly, my need to move the family to our new home, I started looking at other dealers. My advice, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE! More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our experience at HGreg was horrible. First and foremost I must admit that our sales person Tony Patrizzio was FANTASTIC! If it wasn’t for Tony we wou Our experience at HGreg was horrible. First and foremost I must admit that our sales person Tony Patrizzio was FANTASTIC! If it wasn’t for Tony we would have walked. To get right to the point, no matter how much of a deal you think you’re getting at this place, they have a hefty dealer fee of nearly $1,000 and they try to sneak in as much stuff into the financing as they can, so be vigilant! Long story short, this is what happened. My wife is very analytical and therefore tends to ask many questions and certainly doesn’t rush into anything without first reading and analyzing, especially if she feels insecure. With that said, after waiting hours to see a fiancé officer we were treated quite badly. Alex, the guy who assisted us with the financing was a real jerk to say the least; he was impatient, condescending and rude! When my wife started asking questions about the financing, the guy basically gave her only short and crude and sarcastic answers as he aggressively pretended to click on his mouse while staring at his computer screen. As time went on, he started aggressively arranging our documents on his desk as if trying to let us know that he was tiered and fed up. To be honest, we weren’t happy with the experience; especially my wife, since she was the one purchasing the vehicle. We did get to speak with one of the managers (Vincent) , but my wife was so worked up, that even thought he gave us a little bit more for our trade in order to help mitigate the situation, she remained quite disgusted and angry. To be honest, the only reason why I didn’t snap at the guy was because our little boy was in the room with us. After formally leaving a complaint about our experience, we were told that the store manger would be contacting us to help resolve the issue; however, we never heard back from anyone! Nice people...but something is not right. Buyer Beware **STAY FAR AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I should had listened to the reviews** My husband and I bought a car here. Our sales man assured us tha **STAY FAR AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I should had listened to the reviews** My husband and I bought a car here. Our sales man assured us that the cars had been all inspected and 100% guarantee not operational problems (HA!). The day we bought it, there were a few problems, so our sales guy put an "I owe you" to fix the items. 2 days after we had the car, the LOCKS did not work - the car will not lock. Also, the tire had a preexisting hole in it, so we had to pay to fix it immediately. (MONEY - Thankfully I called enough & reminded enough and they reimbursed) Since they have a 3 day warranty, I called to report the problems. I called over 5 times - I got hung up on twice. By the 5th call, I got a manager on the phone who agreed to add the locking problem to the "I owe you list." Let me be clear - the manager is SO NICE and seems to be trying to help...but there is some sort of disconnect. At this point, I was just happy they were working on it....WOW, was I wrong. We went in for our appointment and left our car there the entire day. They never called us once to let us know if the car was complete, plus they never answered the phone. We drove over in a rental (MORE MONEY we had to spend). They said the car was done. We went out to see the car - literally NOTHING was fixed. I had to go back in the store, and the manager walked over with us to inspect the car and saw nothing was done. He assured us he would make sure it went smoothly at our next visit. We went in a second time to get the car fixed - they didnt have the correct part. They didnt call to let us know - so we wasted time. We came for a THIRD visit, they couldn't figure it out. My husband went for the FOURTH appointment, and we left the car there, and then they called and said they couldnt figure out the problem and we would need to come back. THIS IS CRAZY. I have been to Hgreg over 5 times, I have called so many times (sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't, and some people will hang up on you). Worst part is I have had a non-locking car for 2 months now. I am beyond frustrated. I have no idea what is going on. And I will tell everyone to AVOID this place at ALL COSTS. More

Amazing! Everyone genuinely wants to help you Farouk was an amazing sales person, very knowledgeable of his cars, made sure that I looked and checked out all the cars and that I was happy driving Farouk was an amazing sales person, very knowledgeable of his cars, made sure that I looked and checked out all the cars and that I was happy driving a vehicle that I liked, took his time explaining the whole process, Krista in the loan department made sure that all our worries and fears about the buying process were all sorted out. Great Deals and huge inventory! Do your research online to select the cars you want to see and call ahead to ensure those cars are still available. On their website, you can view the Carfax on each vehicle, which I strongly recommend. Bring your car insurance information as they require you to add the purchased vehicle to your insurance PRIOR to leaving their dealership, which is uncommon. Good folks overall, but understand that buying a car takes a lot of time at most dealerships including this one. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 Please read this before doing business with this people. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 miles, I had planned to take my family on a trip to Miami the day after... Vehicle looked fine, engine seemed to be in good conditions. To my surprise after 80 miles the vehicle starts making a loud noise that got louder and louder, to my misfortune I'm in the middle of the road on my way to Miami and had to stopped because the noise was unbearable. The car breaks down in Port Saint Lucy, I spent 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to get a towing service willing to take me back to Orlando and that way we had to cancel the plans we had in Miami. When returning the vehicle the next day, they made me wait for hours to just apologize to me and say they are not in fault and that this could happen to anybody since they sell used vehicles. Please, if you appreciate your life and the life of your loved ones, take your business somewhere else. More
