I came in here with high expectations, already had done my research. Had two SUVs in mind. One being Hybrid and another Electric. I called ahead a few days and made an appointment with Sam S. I highly recommend an appointment because they are busy most of the time. Keep in mind that they are closed Sunday’s. I love this, because it shows that the owners really value their employees and they can spend family time with loved ones on weekends. When I came in I was greeted with all smiles, not one unhappy camper. That says a lot about their team values! Sam went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. I told Sam the deal and he told me their deals. We went on our way to test drive. For me, it was the EV choice. Very economical, the way of the future per se. Besides, no one could beat the deal that Honda of Manhasset has for Black Friday on the Honda Prologue Touring! I read the fine print too! And the deal was the deal! Well six hours later, I drove that Prologue home! Sam made sure I understood every nook and cranny in that EV! I have never experienced such a devoted customer service person! I had to make sure he took his lunch break and sent him home on time to his family! But here’s just one thing I will note. I had a lease that I was turning in with them. That lease was owned by Bethpage Federal Credit Union. They deal with CULA. CULA called me and told me that Honda of Manhasset was not paying off my two months of my remaining lease payments. Do not listen to CULA EVER! I made that mistake and thought Honda of Manhasset was fooling me! Always contact your salesman first! Thank you all at Honda of Manhasset ♥️ More
