My Leather seat was damaged upon inspection prior to picking up the vehicle. I immediately alerted the salesman (Vinny). He said not to worry, they have an expert leather expert that will fix it easily picking up the vehicle. I immediately alerted the salesman (Vinny). He said not to worry, they have an expert leather expert that will fix it easily and he will even come to my house to fix it. I waited 3 weeks and not even a phone call. I called Vinny and he said to bring it in the following Tuesday. The leather guy will be waiting for me at 9am, it's a very quick fix. I showed up at 9am and nobody was waiting for me. They said I had to leave the car there and cannot give me a loaner car. They gave me a ride home and forgot about me again until I called them at 4pm. They picked me back up and it took almost another hour to get my car because they lost the paperwork to my vehicle. When they finally brought my vehicle around, I looked at the seat and it was ten times worse than when I brought it in for the repair. I went back to Vinny and told him it wasn't acceptable. He said nobody will notice it. I said this is a $60,000 vehicle and I should not have a damaged seat. He called Paul (manager) to look at the seat and he said I will absolutely NOT get a new seat. He said he was going to make some calls and call me back. Once again, I haven't heard from him. I called Vinny again a week later and he said he will call me tomorrow. That was almost week ago and I was forgotten again. I purchased 5 vehicles from Sayville Ford already and if this is the way a regular customer is treated, I cannot imagine how a first time customer will be treated. I will not stop until I get a new seat. It's not right to have to go through this for a defective product that they knew about prior to me taking the vehicle off the lot. I highly recommend all car buyers to carefully inspect their new vehicle first and if there is any issues, Do NOT accept the vehicle. Sayville Ford only cares about selling the vehicle. This review is also getting sent to the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association. I did not want to go this route, but clearly they have no interest in fixing their mistakes. More

Vinny and Lisa did an amazing job of putting me into a brand new 2022 Ford Explorer ST. They were extremely patient with getting the right truck for me! The truck rides great!! Sales person was great, he tried to move the process along as quickly as possible. Vincent set me up with a vehicle that works better for me than what I had. Downside was the finance person, Carlo, he along as quickly as possible. Vincent set me up with a vehicle that works better for me than what I had. Downside was the finance person, Carlo, he was not transparent with my financing options and didn’t want to have a conversation with me as he said he chose what worked best for me. In the end I was able to work with a different finance person and my payment per month dropped by $100. Don’t be intimidated by Carlo, it’s your financial future not his. More
