Horrible experience at Genesis in Naples last weekend. Drove 3.5 hours to buy a demo car, which the salesman Vinnie said was in perfect condition with nothing to worry about. It was the opposite! It had a big stain on the leather drivers seat, a chipped dent in the back door, and gouges by the trunk. We were lied to and drove 7 hours round trip for a dishonest, unprofessional, and very frustrating experience. Buyers beware! More

As much as we love the vehicles, we cannot say enough good things about our salesman, Vince Incorvaia, who has personally helped us with all six of our Genesis purchases. Leaving Mercedes after many years was not an easy decision, but Vince and the Genesis of Naples team made the transition comfortable, professional, and enjoyable. Vince has built a relationship with me and my wife based on trust, honesty, patience, and genuine care. He never makes the process feel rushed or transactional. He listens, follows through, explains everything clearly, and makes sure we feel confident and appreciated every step of the way. Buying one vehicle is a transaction. Buying six vehicles from the same salesperson says everything about the relationship. Vince should be very proud of the trust he has earned and the excellent experience he continues to provide. Just picked up my new Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Naples and had another great experience with Vinny. This is actually the second car I’ve bought from him, and he’s the reason I came back. Vinny is super easy to work with—no pressure, just straightforward and helpful the whole time. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
