I was very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased from you, but I was not very pleased with the fact that an operators manual is not even included with the vehicle after spending $40,000 with your company you, but I was not very pleased with the fact that an operators manual is not even included with the vehicle after spending $40,000 with your company. I thought a manual was a very small request on my part., considering I paid cash (no financing). When calling Vinny I was simply told the previous owner didn’t return the manual and there was nothing Kelley Chevrolet could do. Because of the distance I traveled to deal with you, I contacted you to let you know when we arrived back home after picking the truck up (not after it was home delivered like your ad read was possible) we checked in the glove box for the manual and didn’t find one. I was told I could download a copy so I checked into that which involved printing approximately 450 pages. I’d appreciate it if you would run this by your dealership management and let me know their thoughts about my survey reply. More

Extremely helpful staff. Everyone there wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. Have had my new car for a few weeks and am very happy!
