Aside from the sales professional named Vinny that we dealt with, the experience we had at 112 Mitsubishi was very unfortunate. We were there on Friday June 30th from 1:30 - 4:30 PM. You’ll see Andy resp dealt with, the experience we had at 112 Mitsubishi was very unfortunate. We were there on Friday June 30th from 1:30 - 4:30 PM. You’ll see Andy respond to this review stating that he can’t recognize the person by the user name, but he can check who met with Vinny at the time above. My partner David gave them his license in order to test drive the two cars we inspected and test drove so he has the documentation. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner by Vinny and he was very accommodating in getting the two vehicles we were interested in. There were minor issues with each that we didn’t like but the second car could have been a sale if the price was right. After sitting down with Vinny, he started to add to the price of the car dealer fees above and beyond the “Admin Fee” which we already aware of coming in. Almost $1,000 for a transportation fee and then even an additional almost $1,000 for a reconditioning fee. So when confronted with an additional almost $2,000 in unpublished fees we said that puts the car way out of our budget. So Vinny went off to see what he can do. Vinny brought back a “closer” salesperson who’s name I didn’t catch as he only mentioned it once. This closer proceeded to argue with us how we wouldn’t find a Mitsubishi Mirage for less, even with the fees. I disagree and after about 10 minutes of the closer trying to convince us and failing, we said no thanks and left. It doesn’t end there though… we head back towards home and 10-15 minutes later David gets a call from Vinny saying that they will take $2,000 off and to come back to the dealership. We turned around and drove 20 minutes back to the dealership in 4th of July weekend traffic as it was nearing the end of the work day. David goes back in, gets confronted by the closer in an aggressive manner and when David asked Vinny if this new deal was going to happen Vinny shook his head no. So David started to leave and the closer yelled at him that he ‘knows where he lives’… you can make of the comment what you will but it was clearly threatening to David. Again, you are going to read a canned response from Andy below this that says something like we can’t recognize you by your screen name, but they have a record of the visit as the date and time of the visit is above and David, my partner gave them his license in order to drive the car. We hope Vinny finds another gig at dealership which doesn’t try to act like a mafia organization. To others, note the points above, and if you don’t want to be slapped with almost $2,000 of unadvertised fees at the last second, don’t waste your time with 112 Mitsubishi. More

113 Mitsubishi is the absolute worst of the worst. NONE of my concerns were addressed. My salesman was extremely nice, but constantly talked over me. I felt absolutely bamboozled. They do a good job of confusing you so you forget certain things that you asked and didn't get any answers to. I left without any paperwork. No copy of the bill of sale. Nothing. Do not leave a cash deposit. We witnessed another couple getting treated very poorly when they changed their mind and wanted their cash deposit back. They were told a check will be sent and it will take a couple of days. It literally was a few minutes after they handed their money over. The customer got very upset and was getting loud. They ridiculed them right in front of other customers. I was finagled into an extended warranty. They never explained it or gave me level options to choose from which apparently after reviewing the details, I was supposed to have that option. I tried calling several times, and left several messages and never was put in touch or got a call back when trying to reach the finance guy. The last time i called, they told me to call back in a few days because it was the end if the month and everyone is calling, I told them I have never had such a terrible experience in my life and I am going to leave a bad review. Well I finally was put in touch with the person I was trying to contact for over a week. Also, their used car warranty is terrible. It's only for 30 days. Wouldn't you believe, there's several things wrong with the car that need to be adjusted already and its been a tiny bit over 30 days. Good thing I was finagled into an extended warranty ( they chose the most expensive one for me without my say) I will be taking it elsewhere to get fixed. I learned an expensive lesson. TERRIBLE! More
