My wife and I have been leasing vehicles from this location for YEARS. In fact, we financed/leased a total of 7 cars in past years. We returned our last lease of a Nissan rouge in November, and we decided to finance our most recent vehicle. Part of the deal was we'd be able to turn in our lease and finance a new model without having to pay the final leasing fees. About a month after our last purchase we were receiving calls from a collection agency saying we owed nearly $1000. We contacted Nissan right away to inform them of the issue and they said they'd take care of it. January comes around and we are still receiving calls from the same collection agency. Again, we contact Gerald Nissan of Naperville and they assured us it's being taken care of. It is now a week away from April and we are still getting letters/calls from collection agencies regarding the lease we turned in back in November!!! I've recently left messages with the manager of this location AND the sales person... I have yet to hear a reply back. DO NOT LEASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!! More

Exceeded expectations My husband and I came in to get new tires for my Nissan Rogue. We browsed around and he worked out a phenomenal deal for us. He was not pushy not did he rush us so he could get the next deal going. He was patient with us and was there every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy!!!! I love my Rogue and am happy to welcome my husband to the Nissan Family! More Nissan cars in our future...from Naperville Gerald Nissan and definitely from Byron! Thank you so much!! More

We were there only to test drive a vehicle We recently purchased a Murano from Gerald of Naperville. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were there only to test drive a vehicle because there were others I wanted to research and test drive before making a final decision. We ended up buying a car from them that same day without looking at the others. Their willingness to negotiate and work to put together a deal that we were happy with was one reason. They were friendly, respectful of our time, and very knowledgeable. The dealership offers a great warranty in addition to the Nissan warranty. I would recommend this dealership and our salesperson Vinod Anslem to anyone looking for a new Nissan vehicle. i don't think you could go wrong buying from them. More

The guys identified above Vinod, Anthony, and Ferris were exceptional in their customer service support. We can buy a car anywhere; in fact we could buy a car on-line and avoid the “perceived” shady car sal exceptional in their customer service support. We can buy a car anywhere; in fact we could buy a car on-line and avoid the “perceived” shady car salesman experience. But there is a key factor that made the difference for me, customer service. Customer service cannot be bought; this team was willing work with me, while educating me about various components and process which help facilitate what I feel is a good deal. As I explained to each of theses individuals, I do not thank you for taking my money, BUT I DO TRULY THANK YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE. The first car I bought in Dec 2012 was new, and that experience had me come back to Gerald for my used car in 2013. New or used, they took care of me and in 10 years ? when I get my money’s worth out these 2 cars, Gerald Nissan of Naperville will be the first place I stop at. God Bless! More
