We weren't sure which car we wanted at first, and Ginny offered terrific advice and, with manager Tom Muradian, helped us navigate the unweldy world of financing. Together, they used a welcomed "soft-sell" approach, helping us find the right options for us, rather than what might have been the best sale for them. They dealt with us honestly, explaining what was possible and what wasn't and why. When it was time to pick up the car, Ginny did a "walk-through" with me to make sure I felt confident and happy with our decision--which I was. The experience was comfortable and I would say "exceptional," if I didn't have the same sorts of exceptional experiences whenever we come to DCH. More
