Ginny took the time to explain the differences between models and encouraged us to sit in the cars to get "their feel". Once we decided on the model, price negotiations seemed far more like a compromise than a haggle. We ended up getting the car we wanted at a price we considered to be a great deal. When we came to pick up the car, all the paperwork was in order, including all our insurance information which Ginny had taken care of for us. This is not the first car we have purchased from Ginny, and I don't think it will be our last. Thanks for a great experience. More

This time, at DCH Toyota in Mamaroneck, the atmosphere was friendly, and the people were highly knowledgeable and professional. Ginny Bisconti is a top notch salesperson. She has the ability to sell you a car without ever being fake or feeding you a line. She is genuine and smart, a truly exceptional combination, that made getting my new Highlander an absolute treat. She and Tom, the sales manager, were personable and kind and never made me feel pressured. They responded quickly to all of my inquiries and always had clear answers to my questions. Luis is a great business person. He is so organized and efficient that picking up the car was a smooth, happy time. Big thanks go out to all 3 of these employees for all they did to make this a seamless transition from one Toyota to another. This is the kind of company Toyota advertises themselves to be and it is so refreshing to meet actual people following through on what the big brand claims to offer. Throughout the entire process she consistently stretched to meet my needs, teach me what I needed to know with calm and caring support. I purchased the top of the line Prius with a fabulous warrenty and repair package from Louis Gonzales. To work with a car salesman (Virginia)who is a team player within her dealership and also took great care of EVERYTHING I wanted is tremendous!
