Friendly, Trustworthy, and I totaled my car and unexpectedly had to purchase a new one. My first car was paid off and given to me so I had no clue how to car shop and was extrem I totaled my car and unexpectedly had to purchase a new one. My first car was paid off and given to me so I had no clue how to car shop and was extremely overwhelmed. After visiting multiple dealerships, who took advantage of me, I came to DCH because I was interested in a Toyota Camry. Every person I encountered at DCH was friendly and helpful. The first people I encountered were Victoria and Franklin. Victoria was so welcoming and raved to me about how great the new Camry was. Franklin was friendly and funny and after hearing my horror story, knew exactly what I needed and who I needed to speak to. I was turned over to Jonathan went above and beyond to help me get the price point I needed and also my very specific color preference. He spent as much time with me as i needed and went over my very repetitive thoughts and questions with the utmost patience. When he handed me over to Ginny, she made sure to be thorough in all of her answers to my questions about the car when we took it for a test drive. When I came to pick up the car, Joe made sure to give me a thorough tutorial on the entire vehicle - emphasizing the safety features and making sure I understood how to operate them all. This was extremely important to me because I am a nanny and often have children in my car. At the end of my visit at Toyota, Randy was the last persons I encountered and he was able to help me fully understand my lease and all the paperwork that was accompanied by it. He was transparent with me and gave me all the papers I needed to understand what we discussed. Overall, I'm so glad I came to DCH. Everyone was friendly and competent. I feel confident in my purchase that I was initially nervous and anxious about. Will definitely be returning! More
