The most pleasant experience acquiring a car I recently visited DCH Toyota to lease a car. It was one of the nicest experiences I have had. I have leased at least three other cars from DCH and in each case, Ginny Bisconte has provided us with the most attentive and helpful care we could ask for. She has the knowledge about the products and a wonderful attitude which together make what could be a tedious experience one we really enjoyed. Even the filling out of paperwork was a nice experience working with Menah, who explained what we were doing each step of the way. And, of course, Joe Croce, who walked me through the wonders of my new Avalon, showing me all the bells and whistles, made the experience of learning what my car could do really interesting. My experience with DCH Toyota has been all positive. Ginny, the salesperson, is a very friendly and warm person who took the trouble to learn how to pronounce my name right. She took care of all the paperwork very efficiently. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. Then when we went to take delivery of the car the next day, we met Joe. He is a wonderful person who took the time to go over all aspects of the car with my wife. We both really appreciated his effort and infectious enthusiasm. Surely will remember him whenever we enter the car. In short, I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience! More
