If it weren't for Ginny Bisonti, I would own a 328xi right now. Knowing Ginny for almost 30 years, and having had experience buying cars from her previously, I was looking for a surprise birthday gift right now. Knowing Ginny for almost 30 years, and having had experience buying cars from her previously, I was looking for a surprise birthday gift for my fiancé's 50th. Knowing that I had "grown out of Toyotas" after my Solara SLEV6, I consulted Ginny and asked her if she had anything new and exciting to offer. In her usual style, Ginny stepped right up to the plate and showed me the Avalon XLE Limited. She went above and beyond and took me for a test drive. She not only wanted me to drive it...she VERY WISELY directed my test drive to the service facility so that I could view the new state of the arts service center. Knowing the "old" service center, I was completely and pleasantly surprised at the state of the arts facility - I was reminded of the Mercedes service center and I was super impressed. When I told Ginny what I was looking for, she handed me the keys to the Avalon XLE Touring. Not only was the exterior color EXACTLY what I wanted, the car she found for me had ALL of the interior features on my wish list down to the anthracite wood details with the brushed stainless and black leather!!! I am overwhelmed and super excited to surprise my love with his new car on April 13th. The entire transaction was a breeze, Ginny took care of all of my needs, and more than anything, as a sales person myself, she goes the extra mile with pleasure to help anyone. A great asset to the dealership! Thank you, Ginny! More

My review is superlative as DCH Toyota City, Mameroneck, NY and Ginny Bisconti were fantastic. Ginny is totally professional, honest, delightful to work with, effiicient, and makes you feel 100% at home. Th NY and Ginny Bisconti were fantastic. Ginny is totally professional, honest, delightful to work with, effiicient, and makes you feel 100% at home. This dealership is run the way a car dealership should be run - with integrity and truthfulness, and without any intimidation whatsoever. I was actuallly shocked by the warm and welcoming demeanor of the people who I met at this dealership, as every other dealership I have been to has used pressure/intimidattion tactics. In stark contrast, this dealership, DCH Toyota City, Mameroneck, NY, and Ginny Bisconti, in particular, are completely respectful, courteous, take their time with you, listen to you, and treat you like a friend or a member of their own family. Ms. Bisconti is a real "pro", very knowledgeable, gracious, friendly, and caring, and will do all that she can to find the right car for the person that Ginny is working with - and at the right price. As I did not have a car, Ginny personally droveme from my home to the dealership to pick up my new "pre-owned" car. Talk about "going the extra mile!" I love my new car, which is exactly the car that I was looking for! I am so grateful to Ginny Bisconti for making it possible for me to acquire this wonderful car. In addition, Mr. Robert O'Connell, who is also an excellent and totally professional employee of this dealership, made sure that my car was detailed to perfection, and althought it is pre-owned, as a result of Robert O'Connell's efforts, my car looks brand new, and newer than the "new" Toyota that I purchased 2 years ago! I could not be more pleased and more impressed! More

Ginny was recommended to us by my sister who bought a car from her a few months ago. She was a wonderful sales person, we felt very comfortable dealing with her and she listened to our needs. We also really appreciated that she came in on her day off, to work around our helter skelter life with a new born, so we could pick up the car. We usually purchase a car for the long haul, so a car purchase is usually only every 9 years or so for us. At the time of our purchase we changed our minds multiple times about which existing car we were trading in and she never flinched and was very understanding and accomodating with our constant changes.. This was a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to seeing her again in 9 years for our next car. Thanks again Ginny !! More

I was looking for a new Highlander. I had gone to a number of dealerships. However I left each one not feeling comfortable with the customer service. Then I went to DCH Toyota and came upon Ginnie Bis number of dealerships. However I left each one not feeling comfortable with the customer service. Then I went to DCH Toyota and came upon Ginnie Bisconti. She was professional, knowledgeable and paid attention to my needs. No high pressure sales tactics. Ginnie made the entire process from beginng to end a pleasure. I would strongly recommend checking out DCH Toyota when looking for a car. More

My daughter and I were looking for a car that my daughter will drive in California where she will be spending the next five years. We were trying to figure out whether to buy the car in NY and ship it to CA will drive in California where she will be spending the next five years. We were trying to figure out whether to buy the car in NY and ship it to CA or to buy it in CA. We went to DCH Toyota after visiting a couple of other dealers in Westchester. Our experiences with the salespeople at other dealerships were disappointing. It is not easy for two women to shop for a car. Most salespeople treated us as if we were ignorant and incompetent. DCH was our last stop for Toyota. We are so happy that we decided to make one more stop before giving up and deciding to buy the car in CA, which meant that we would have to make a deal with someone over the phone. Ginnie Bisconti, our sales associate at DCH Toyota, was outstanding! She was professional, knowledgeable, caring, respectful and really paid attention to our needs. Ginnie and Mike Porreca, the Assistant General Manager, made it possible for us to buy the car in NY and pick it up at DCH in CA. They searched for the model and color with all the options that my daughter wanted and arranged the pick up in CA. They made our life so much easier by going the extra mile. Dealing with Ginnie and Mike was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is cosidering buying a Toyota. My daughter is now a proud owner of a brand new Camry XLE. The pick up at DCH Torrance, CA could not have been smoother. Thanks to Mike Porreca, the car was all ready for us when we got to Torrance. The managers and salespeople were extrememly nice and helpful. They explained all the features about the car in detail and spent time setting up the Entune, Navigation and Bluetooth. The entire process was incredibly easy and pleasant thanks to Mike, Ginnie and the wonderful pepole at DCH in Torrance. I would definitely go back to DCH! More

I just leased a new Camry from Toyota City last week and Ginny made the experience as easy and pleasant as could be. My prior experience with other car dealerships and salespeople had not been great, having Ginny made the experience as easy and pleasant as could be. My prior experience with other car dealerships and salespeople had not been great, having to waste a ton of time fighting back and forth over numbers just to get a reasonable deal. Ginny started things off with a very friendly demeanor, we talked for a few minutes, and she gave me a number that was very fair right off the bat. What I appreciated most was that she had no interest in wasting my time and trying to beat me over the head with over-inflated numbers. Even if I could have knocked the price down slightly with a bunch of haggling (which I probably couldn't anyway), I didn't consider it because Ginny was so easy to work with and came in at such a fair price. By the time we were finished I felt like Ginny was an old family friend I had known for years and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car. More

This is my 2nd lease with DCH Toyota City. At first, I was going to go to a different Toyota dealer that was closer to my house (I moved since i first dealt DCH 3 years ago). The sales person i dealt wit was going to go to a different Toyota dealer that was closer to my house (I moved since i first dealt DCH 3 years ago). The sales person i dealt with 3 years ago was no longer at DCH, so i contacted Tom Muradian (at the suggestion of TFS). Tom was awesome. He listened to me - what i wanted for my vehicle, what my issues were and he worked with me. I didnt feel like i was being given a run around. He was honest and helpful at every turn. I was not an easy deal - i had a lot of over-mileage and not a lot of money. I wanted a specific car in a specific package and color. Tom really worked on putting together the best deal possible. He also searched for my vehicle until he found it (i was always confident he would). It took a little over 3 weeks, and in the meantime he held onto my "2nd choice" just in case my 1st choice couldnt be found. No matter the problems or issues i had, i always felt Tom would help and offer my options. I never felt pressured to do anything. He simply stated the facts and let me decide. When i went up to have my car appraised he introduced me to Ginny Bisconti. She would be my sales person. What can i say??? I felt like a new Ginny my whole life. She was great to deal with. Also, not pushy, but patient and helpful. I felt like i was leasing a car from an old friend. When i was due to come up and get the car, Toyota changed some of the lease deal, requiring an amount of money down that i didnt have. Tom told me to sit tight and he would get back to me. I thought the deal was sunk. But he worked something out. I knew my situation (over miles) had the potential to cause problems, and he managed to work out something i could deal with at the last moment. I am driving the car I wanted. It is beautiful and i love it. But more importantly, i have found a dealership that doesnt make you feel like you are dealing with the typical "car salesmen", instead i felt as though i was dealing with family or friends. I couldnt be happier. I will say it again - Tom Muridian was awesome. He told me my options with no hidden surprises, he never changed the deal on me, and he worked with me so i could get my new car. He was honest and he always returned my calls within hours. I felt like i was his only customer whenever we spoke. Buying / leasing a car is a nervewracking experience. Dealing with Tom and Ginny made it enjoyable. All i can say is "thank you DCH, thank you Tom and thank you Ginny". I have learned my lesson. When this lease is up - i will be back. I wont bother with another dealer first. I will come right back to Mamaroneck. More

My husband and I have leased and or bought Toyota cars for the last 20 years. We own 2,a Yaris and a Rav-4. We haved leased 5 times with Toyota but the last puchase we made and our current lease was with for the last 20 years. We own 2,a Yaris and a Rav-4. We haved leased 5 times with Toyota but the last puchase we made and our current lease was with the DCH Toyota dealership in Mamaroneck NY. (In the past we have been to the Toyota dealership on Central Ave in Yonkers and the one in New Rochelle and did not have a good experience at those 2) Last week we were contacted by DCH to see if we had any desire to turn in our leased 2009 Highlander early. We were very happpy with the car we had and still had a year remaining but decided to go in last Saturday to hear what DCH was offering. Virginia was introduced to us and we felt like we were talking to a friend- she was so knowlegable, and professional and within one hour she had us in a new 2012 Highlander (with exactly the same terms as our old lease) We felt like we were being rewarded because we were loyal Toyota consumers and Ginny made the transfer so easy. We actually had the new car within 2 days! All the paperwork, insurance and registration was handled by DCH. All I had to do was come back to pick up the car! When I came back to pick up the car Ginny spent time with me to make sure I was fully aware of all the new features of the car. The new voice command navigation is awesome! Ginny- we can't say enough about you, thank you!! I will highly recommend DCH to my friends and family and I will make sure they ask for Virginia. More

Went in to look at a Rav4 to compare with a Subaru Forester. Ginnie was very friendly and was not unhappy about the fact that we were still deciding on which car to get. She showed us the Rav4 very well and took us for a nice test drive. She understood that we had more car shopping to do and was very friendly the whole time. We went to Subaru after, but came back for the Rav4 shortly after. The whole experience was very pleasant, not stressful at all and the whole team was very friendly. More
