It also calls for a knowledgeable person with significant patience and flexibility in order to carry out the deal efficiently. I found that here at Curry Honda, especially with salesperson Jennie Huang. I felt bad for always making her come in on her days off to answer any questions my family and I had, as she pretty much synchronized her schedule to meet our own. She took us for test drives and was superbly informative not only about the car(s) we were interested in, but also about the financial and supply chain aspects that goes into a car deal. With her guidance and organization, I (with great satisfaction) am now a proud owner of a brand new HR-V. In 2015, CCIQ conducted a survey with a population size of a few hundred people on LinkedIn asking them to describe "the best customer service" in one word. The most popular yields were "empathy, satisfaction, listen(er), patience, and care". I say with great confidence that this car dealership embodies all five of these traits. More

Every dealership I have been to has ridiculously long wait times for everything and curry Honda is no exception.
