Buying a car can be a terrible experience, but he was fabulous. He had a great sense of humor, and here turned the drudgery of buying a car into a fun experience. He wants me to use the word "fabulous" 3 times because her likes the word, so I have hit his quota!!! From the moment Vitalie introduced himself until the sale was finalized, he was attentive and beyond helpful. My family did not feel the pressure to make a purchase today which was a plus. The last thing any consumer wants is to feel uncomfortable especially when making an investment on a big ticket item such as a car or truck. Vitalie's willingness to help my brother walk out of the dealer with the "truck" he's been wanting for the longest meant the world to us.
