Professional and Pleasant Service Went to the dealership without an appointment as my Check Engine light was staying on. My Forester had a noise from one of the back wheels too. I worked with Vitaliy Khlebnikov and he was able to convince Subaru to cover the new transmission at no cost to me! I got to drive a 2018 Outback during the time my car was being serviced too. He even managed to find a loaner for me last minute. While the car was in service he communicated everything in a timely manner and addressed my every concern. Paperwork was done and waiting at the cashier when I arrived to pick up my car. He again made sure to address all my concerns and confirm that he had done all that he could do for me before I left.
