I was met at the door by Vito, which he graciously opened for me. I came in to look specifically at a used minivan this dealer had for sale to replace my wife’s older one for Xmas. Vito offered refreshment for me. I came in to look specifically at a used minivan this dealer had for sale to replace my wife’s older one for Xmas. Vito offered refreshments, took his time to explain the dealerships history to me, & we went on a test drive together. He explained features of the van & upon return to the dealer we went over the vehicles history together. Overall his professionalism was second to none, you would have thought I was buying a brand new Mercedes from him! The evening I arrived to pickup the vehicle, Vito had it waiting with a full tank of gas & freshly detailed. With a congratulations sign in the window for my wife to view. He is VERY knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz vehicles and he took his time explaining the various functions of the vehicle we took for a test drive.
