I made an appointment with my Vito Pannerale my favorite service technician. When I arrived got the appointment Viti informed me that our Honda Pilot was eligible for a recall and the work would take 4 to service technician. I told Vito I did not have that kind of time to wait and without me asking made a loaner car available so the recall could be completed. Vito is an outstanding professional; kind, courteous, friendly and the only technician I work with. More
